At 3.40am this morning, after a sudden decline on the early hours of Weds morning my dad Jack passed away. Despite constant atention from his family at home, managed to find a 2 minute window of opportunity to "pop off" alone.
I am honoured to have spent his last hours ensuring he passed gently from this life, in his own home and his family near
