Photography policing.......going over the top

I was interested to read the article Here with regards to photographers being stopped, searched and made to delete photographs by police.

I agree with Austin that police etc need better guidelines and photographers should be made aware of their rights!

Ludicrous behaviour. Police were just being ridiculous and had no right whatsoever to do it.
