I am sat on the sofa in a drug filled haze. As you all know I have LPHS* and after 10 months off work before diagnosis I have managed to juggle work and the illness. Till Monday.

I am in constant pain, dihydrocodeine is just taking the edge off, I can't have anything stronger without going to A&E. The doctor has given me antibiotics as he thinks I may have a kidney infection which added to the LPHS* is causing the relapse. I hope so, we have only just got ourselves financialy stable after the last time I was off

Abi has gone to the coast for three nights with her friend and his parents, allowing me to wallow in self pity and watch Sky till my eyes glaze over
