It worked for me:
Day One
Brekkie - Black Tea or coffee
1/2 Grapefruit
1 slice toast
small amount peanut butter or small tin beans
Lunch - Black Tea or coffee
4oz Tuna
1 slice toast
Dinner - 2 slices of cold meat
1 cup of string beans
4oz Beetroot
1 small apple
4oz Vanilla Ice Cream
Day Two
Brekkie - Black Tea or coffee
1 egg
2 slice toast
1/2 Bannana
Lunch - Black Tea or coffee
4oz Cottage cheese
5 crackers (ritz or tuc)
Dinner - 3 slices of cold meat
4oz Broccoli
2oz carrots
1/2 bannana
4oz Vanilla Ice Cream
Day Three
Brekkie - Black Tea or coffee
5 crackers
1 slice cheddar
small apple
Lunch - Black Tea or coffee
1 hard boiled egg
1 slice toast
Dinner - 4oz tuna
4oz Broccoli
4oz cauli
1/2 slice melon
4oz Vanilla Ice Cream
This diet is said to work on chemical balance of the food and should be followed exactly. Only water, and lots of it, can be drunk as well as the drinks listed on the menu.
I warn you, on day 2 you feel crap, but good for a holiday or night out
