This is Seb Smart, those of you into surfing will have no doubt heard of him, he was or is British Junior Champion. My friend, his mum, lives in Sennen Cove and runs The Blue Lagoon chippie. Her son Sam runs The Blue Lagoon surf school.

I envy her life, yes she works hard but her lounge has huge picture windows on each side. Both of them sea views. Heaven!

I forgot how early 5 year olds get up!

Babysat my nephew last night and at 7.30 am little footsteps up and down the stairs told me he was awake. Decided to get up, as Lee is on nights I wanted to make sure he was occupied.

Followed on by 1 1/2 hours of shhh, be quiet! Looks like I better take them out! No not with a gun, though it is tempting

PC is running slower than the NHS, I reckon Matt is downloading, and as he hasn't surfaced yet I may as well give up, 5 attempts and my email still hasn't downloaded!
