As i said in my previous blog Abi is ill. Actually found the Thermometer and her temperature is 39.9. She's due more paracetomol at 10.30pm so hopefully that will bring it down.

Children are such a worry.....

I'm sat at the PC, playing Bingo, reading a few blogs and listening to my music files on random play.

Great flick through the music collection, skipping from The Tams "be young, be foolish but be happy" to Lifehouse (see good words blog) then onto UB40 "cherry oh baby". Its great

Abi is ill, got some sort of virus, or maybe even flu. Raging temperature, coughing and sore throat. Lee is on nights so i'm going to put her in our bed with me, I worry she'll have an asthma attack and I won't hear her. Think I'll nip her to see the GP tomorrow if no better, she's white as a sheet and hasn't hardly eaten all day. Bless her.

Had a letter from my consultant today, I emailed him about the last clinic visit and lack of continuity in my care, seeing a different registrar every time. Very good letter and all of a sudden I am getting appointments for various tests.

Had one lot on Monday, involved various instruments shoved where the sun don't shine. Including a scanner which swivvelled when inside. Matthew was impressed I ahdn't paid for the pleasure

Tomorrow I start to take some colon transit capsules which contain opaque markers. I then return to hospital on Weds for an xray to see where they are. Wonder if I'll glow in the dark.

Good luck all up for nomination on the Bloscars. Glad to see some of the people I nominated are in the running, but some aren't. Well done to the Paddy UK for this. Sterling work!
