Abi is a little better, still coughing but at last at 4.30am her temperature came down. She's actually eaten today, only a bowl of noodles but at least she ate!

Obviously after little sleep I was knackered for work, and in a little pain. But like the brave soldier I am I struggled on. Even made a round of coffee :)

Had yet ANOTHER email from the twonk at work. Laughed it off and sent it to my manager with an "over to you" message on it. Saddo!!

Feeling more positive about work, so much so that i'm actually looking forward to going in tomorrow. I chose to do some out of hours:
A. To get some headway on the project
B. Have a good suss out of my team in action.

Read in the local paper that a friends dad had killed himself. Aged 78, how tragic. Apparently my dad told me last weekend, serves me right for not listening I reckon. My dad and brother are going to the funeral.

Been a lovely sunny day all day. Making me want a holiday.....

Scotland no longer exists......

by Teri_R @ 02. Feb. 2007. - 22:51:57

........... according to an email we got at work today:

I quote:

Dear Team,

Please can you fax all s.... out of hours forms to the Bolton office instead of the Scotland office. Since the relocation of the offices Scotland no longer exists.

BUGGER!!!

I've checked Teletext nowt there. Where the feck did Scotland go????

Imagined loads of people North of the border confused about what nationality to be if Scotland no longer exists.
