4lbs on!! Still I look at it that had I not joined SW in the summer I would be at least 2 stone heavier than I am now. Back on diet with a vengance. Spent all day nibbling carrot and fruit, ignoring the biscuits and chocolate yelling at me from the cupboard.

Abi has been home all day, same tomorrow. They go back to school for 3 days then have 2 teacher training days Glad I am still off an not having to juggle childcare.

There was a murder in part of our village last week, 41 year old man killed by a 32 year old woman. I do know the man, both his parents died in a house fire a few years ago, so my heart goes out to his poor brothers and sisters. Much gossip in the village about how and why, but I prefer to ignore it and wait for the facts.
